Personally, it’s a tie between Godzilla:King Of The Monsters (The First One) and the original Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla.

Your choices are pretty good.
King Kong VS Godzilla was pretty good but looking back now those far shots of 2 puppets don’t look too good.
The original is still the best.
And an honorable mention. The War of the Gargantuas was pretty good too.

Yeah, the first one is great.
I like what Shusuke Kaneko did with "Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack"(2001). His Gamera films were awesome too.
